I am an enthusiastic Social Media Manager with demonstrated ability to grow projects from ideation to publication on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok and YouTube. As a seasoned entertainment professional I have excellent storytelling skills, extensive public speaking experience, and a keen eye for aesthetics.  In 2022 I earned a certificate in Social Media Marketing from eCornell, through which I grew my understanding of the purchase funnel, influencer marketing, how to analyze metrics, and how to communicate strategies to clients and marketing departments. 

Playfair

Playfair is described as the ultimate icebreaker experience. It is a high-energy, interactive show and instead of trying to explain that to new clients, it is easiest to SHOW them! I have filmed and edited several videos and advertisements for Playfair, as well as managed their Instagram for three years during their busy season from July to September. 

First Fifteen

First Fifteen is a monthly script reading event that provides the opportunity for black and brown writers to have their scripts read aloud by professional actors and receive feedback from professional television writers. I have designed several flyers, social media advertisements, as well as Instagram Reels to help promote their monthly events.  

VO Narration & Explainer Videos

I have the demonstrated ability to create screen grab explainer videos and record and edit voiceover tracks. This can be useful for new products, apps, B2B, and internally for corporations. 

Spokesperson

I have experience creating spokesperson videos for brands including green screen, white screen, and teleprompter work. 

Instagram Reels

Reels can be instructional, inspirational, or demonstrate a skill like painting. I have experience editing it all and stay relevant with current trends by using my own accounts as test subjects before presenting strategies to clients. 

Tik Tok

Tik Tok has survived a lot of political turmoil  in the last few years and it seems like it's here to stay. The platform uses a different algorithm than Instagram and can be a fantastic place for creators to get discovered. If your target audience includes anyone in Gen Z, it is important to have a presence on Tik Tok. 

Wealthy Investor

Before the days of reels and stories, I managed the Instagram account for Tyrone Jackson, The Wealthy Investor. I posted three times per week to drive engagement with current followers and utilized hashtags to attract new customers. I designed posts that advertised products such as e-books and live classes as well as promoted a weekly podcast. 

Instagram Stories

Stories are still useful for daily engagement with current followers. They can be a great place for Q&As, CTAs, quizzes, testimonials, and influencer or employee takeovers. Here's a few examples of stories I have designed to be on brand, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging.
